Depending on the location of the wedding shoot, a travel fee surcharge may apply. For any locations in Los Angeles, Orange County, and one of the local venues listed, no travel surcharge is applied.

Absolutely! All of my packages include a print release. You are free to print, post, or reproduce photos however you’d like for personal use.

To book our Hybrid (photo + video) Package, a 40% retainer is required in order to secure a date and time for both videographer and photographer to shoot. The remainder 60% of the package fee is due one week prior to the day of the shoot. Feel free to contact us for any custom payment plans!

Cancellation Policy
Retainers are nonrefundable. Clients may reschedule bookings subject to the availability of the photographer and videographer with no additional fee if the reschedule request is made 60 days before the shoot. A booking is considered canceled when the client provides prior written notice 60 days before the booking date.

Weather Policy
Shoots will typically take place rain or shine for outdoor shoots, or an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. Shoots will only be canceled in the most extreme circumstances. If the booking is canceled it may be rescheduled for no additional fees, subject to availability.

License Policy
Moments with Millman retains copyright over the creators' works and may use it for portfolio and marketing purposes. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the creators' works for themselves, family, and friends both online and offline and for general non-commercial purposes. Any edited RAW footage is strictly for personal use only and any form of sharing, including but not limited to social media, may not have either vendors credited or mentioned. Please review the package contracts for further details.
